Service

Our laboratory in St Ives, is staffed by a workforce of more than 600 and is home to departments dedicated to areas such as Marketing & Sales, Event Staging, Programming and Customer Service. The Tempest team handling your Graduation will be headed by a designated Account Manager, who – along with your photographer on the day – will likely be from your local area. We have 400 company photographers, positioned right across the UK; they are trained, full-time professionals who pride themselves on their craft and will leave nothing to chance in ensuring your day is commemorated with the most exceptional photography possible.

Quality

All processing and printing is conducted in-house at our state-of-the-art digital laboratory in St Ives, Cornwall. All our mounts and frames are handmade by our own framers and thus are exclusive to Tempest. Because so much of our business is undertaken in-house our friendly customer service team are in a position to respond immediately to enquiries and queries from customers.
